Payment Policy

Our Payment Policy is designed to ensure transparency and smooth financial transactions between E2o Technologies and our clients. All services and deliverables are subject to the terms and conditions specified in project agreements or invoices.

For most projects, we require an initial advance payment to initiate the development process. Remaining payments are scheduled across milestones, which are clearly defined and mutually agreed upon before project commencement. The final payment must be cleared before the delivery of source code, documentation, or licenses.

We accept payments through secure channels such as bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and authorized gateways. All payments are subject to applicable statutory taxes such as GST. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payments to avoid penalties or delays in service delivery.

In cases of delayed payments, E2o Technologies reserves the right to suspend work, restrict access to deliverables, or impose late fees. Consistent payment delays may result in termination of the service agreement.
