Cancellation & Refund Policy

At E2o Technologies, we believe in fairness, accountability, and long-term trust. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy has been designed to ensure that both clients and our team are protected in case of unexpected changes.


Clients may request project cancellations before the commencement of work, in which case a full refund (excluding administrative and processing charges) will be issued. Once development or design work has started, cancellations will be subject to deductions based on the progress and efforts already invested. This ensures that the time and resources dedicated by our team are appropriately compensated.


Refunds will not be applicable once the final deliverables have been shared, approved, or deployed unless covered under a specific service agreement. In exceptional cases where clients are dissatisfied due to service-related shortcomings, E2o Technologies may review and, at its discretion, approve a partial refund.


If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment. To avoid disputes, we encourage clients to maintain open communication with our project managers and provide timely feedback during each development stage.
